Welcome to PingPirate (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.pingpirate.com and hosting services (together, the “Service”). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your country) and have the authority to enter a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain parts of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Hosting Services

We provide hosting including game server infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or security. Performance may vary due to technical conditions.

You are solely responsible for backing up your data.

5. Payments & Billing

Pricing is available on www.pingpirate.com and may change at any time. You agree to pay all fees on time and acknowledge that subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Refunds are issued only at our discretion or where required by law.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or harm the Service. Data may be deleted permanently upon termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content of the Service is the property of PingPirate or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or lost profits. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PingPirate harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, available at www.pingpirate.com/privacy, describes how we process personal data. By using the Service, you consent to these practices.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Czech Republic. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
